Garden Flat - self contained with enclosed garden

This sunny, private garden flat is separate to the house with it's own entrance and off-street parking. There is an enclosed paved garden with a Webber BBQ. We are close to major highways, a stone's throw away from the Kenilworth Race Course and 2kms away from a vibrant village with restaurants and pubs. You will find a convenience store, hair dresser and coffee shop 200 meters away. For load shedding backup, we have an UPS for the WIFI, a gas cooker and rechargeable light bulbs and light.

A large comfortable two bedroom anex to main house with two bathrooms, (with full premium DSTV and uncapped fibre WiFi ) centrally located, half way between Table Mountain and Cape Point. Close to public transport and the suburban train. Perfectly located to make the most of your stay in Cape Town. Close to world famous Kirstenbosch Gardens & all popular shopping centres. Kingsbury Hospital and Kenilworth Race Course is a 5 min walk, we are only a 12 minutes drive from the V&.A Waterfront.

Palm Cottage (elegant self-catering studio)

Luxurious, immaculate, bright and comfortable, air-conditioned studio cottage with French doors leading to patio and salt-chlorinated pool. Lights, TV, plugs and wi-fi function during loadshedding. Close to Constantia wine route, numerous excellent restaurants and shopping centres. 30 minute drive to Cape Town city centre, Claremont, Muizenberg & Hout Bay beaches, Simon's Town and Kalk Bay, Tokai and Newlands Forest, Kirstenbosch Gardens, V & A Waterfront and CT International Airport.

Stylish garden cottage with view of Table Mountain

Relax in our lovely garden cottage with a glass of wine and take in the view of Table Mountain . We are a short drive from the world famous Kirstenbosch Gardens . Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails crisscross the area. We are surrounded by numerous spectacular wine farms and top restaurants. Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Carol's Aloe Garden Guest suite

Separate entrance , attached to the house where I live. Private patio & back garden with private pool and portable braai. Closed combustion wood burning fireplace. Bright, sunny , large double bedroom with sitting area and en suite bathroom & shower. ( No bath) TV has Netflix & you tube. Separate kitchen with dining table, fridge/ freezer, microwave, induction hot plate, kettle and toaster . (No oven) a one plate gas stove . Close to shopping center's and restaurants.

Historical Cape Dutch Homestead

Walloon Farm is a beautifully restored historical homestead located in Constantia. Our property manager will assist you on check in, show you around the house and go over the house rules. Our housekeeper is at the house during the week only and he is only responsible for maintaining the common areas. Please negotiate with him should you wish extra service. The home comes with 24 hour security surveillance team that is usually stationed close to the house.

Explore Constantia Wineries from the Coach House

Add a log to the wood stove and curl up on a comfy couch to stay warm and snug on chilly nights. In the morning explore stunning hiking trails, golf courses, wineries, restaurants and all that vibrant Constantia has to offer. We offer guests considerable relief from the effects of scheduled power blackouts (load shedding). Our solar PV panels charge backup batteries which provide emergency power for lighting, WiFi, TV and electronics during blackouts.

Kick back and relax in this calm and cozy space. It's location is also very convenient: - 2 min walking distance to the Mediclinic Constantiaberg Hospital - 5 min driving to Constantia Village - 4 min to the near Clicks - 3 min to the closest Chekers - 5 min Meadwrige Shopping Center - 4 min to 3Arts Village - 4 min to Constantia Emporium - 11 min to Blue Route Mall - 12 min to Cavendish Mall
