This brand new apartment is located just besides to the entrance to the Old City. Just few steps and you are in the city or on the beach. Apartment has a big terrace and beautiful view on the sea, city walls and island Lokrum. It is also near to cable that goes to the mountain Srđ. To the main street Stradun you need just 1 minute, all souvenir shops, coffee bars and restaurants and reallly close. Near apartment you have bus number 10 that goes to little town Cavtat which is great to visit. For one day trip is really nice and relaxing. Also boat to island Lokrum is close and Lokrum must be seen, nature there is great, you have botanic garden and many nice places to swim, not so crowded. It has a one double bed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with two sofa beds. Internet, air condition and all equipment you need for you stay. My apartment is located just 5 minutes from the Stradun street, old city center of Dubrovnik. It is in the big antique house, built in 18. century, surrounded with huge garden. Location is easy to find, like I said, just 5 minutes from the all events and happenings, and also just 5 minutes to go back from crowded city center to peaceful and quiet garden and mansion. Very large PRIVATE terrace (100 sq.m. or 1075 sq ft.) reserved just for you, offering spectacular views of the sea, Old City, Island of Lokrum. For guests arriving with a car, parking is included free of charge in our private parking spot.

With all amenities inside the apartment we made sure our two guests can have a relaxing stay whether it is by sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the Old Town, Lokrum Island and the sea, or inside the apartment under the AC gazing at the sea.
