Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Renoviran i predstavlja udobnu oazu, koja je spoj tradicionalnog i modernog.

Na zahtjev organizujemo sve vrste Durmitorskih aktivnosti kao što su : Jahanje konja, rafting i zipline na rijeci Tari, jeep Safari, kanjoning , planinarenje, taxi usluge .

Set within Durmitor National Park, this collection of wooden cottages offers free Wi-Fi just 1.5 km away from Žabljak’s town centre and ski resort. All cottages come with a hydromassage shower, sauna(extra charge). Each cottage has a terrace and balcony. The ground floor of every cottage offers a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. Modern room facilities include sauna, a satellite TV with DVD player. Bed linen and towels are provided.
