Timpanogos. Excellent biking and walking trail just around the corner. A full acre, the outdoor space has a small fruit orchard, a fence lined with blackberry bushes, and a resident horse. Remodeled with new bathrooms, an open kitchen, and large dining area we have room for the whole family!
