Ferienapartment mit großer, südseitiger Terrasse am Sandstrand Playa San Juan an der warmen Südwest-Küste der Insel. Fantastischer Meer-/Strandblick auf den schwarzen, feinsandigen Strand, der durch eine Mole von Wellen geschützt und in wenigen Schritten erreichbar ist. Die Terrasse bietet einen großen Tisch mit bequemen Stühlen und Sonnenliegen. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohn-Ess-Salon, 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, WIFI Großzügiger, schöner Wohn-Ess-Salon mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, Esstisch und bequemen Sofas. In den Schlafzimmern sind große Vollholzbetten mit guten Matratzen, Leseleuchten, Einbauschränken. Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit der Terrasse verbunden, das andere hat ein Fenster in den Innenhof. Pro Person bieten wir zwei Kissen sowie eine separate Bettdecke, Bettbezüge aus Baumwolle. Die Bäder haben jeweils ein Fenster zur Terrasse/Meer, sind gut ausgestattet mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Kosmetikspiegel, Haarföhn, Bodenteppich. Wir stellen ausreichend Hand-/Dusch-/Strand-/Geschirrtücher bereit, weiters im Mietpreis inkludiert: Obstkorb und Wasserflasche, Highspeed-Internet, Bügeleisen/Bügelbrett, Babybett, Hochstuhl, Kerzen für romantische Abende. Wir legen Wert auf sehr gründliche Reinigung und Wartung unserer Sonnenlust Ferienapartments und bieten wiederkehrenden Gästen ein 10% Rabattzuckerl auf den Mietpreis. Das Ferienapartment wird als Ganzes vermietet und ist im dritten Stock eines Wohnhauses ohne Aufzug.

Bel appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée, sur la partie arrière de la maison. Il dispose de son patio intérieur, et son solarium à l'étage. Literie confortable. Cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire (Micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire..). Enfin, vous trouvez tout le matériel de plage à emprunter gratuitement. Lorsque vous entrez dans l’appartement, il y a le salon, la salle à manger, puis la cuisine. Le patio dessert deux chambre et la salle de bain. Chaque chambre a deux lits simples qui peuvent être réunis pour être un lit double, et un grand placard avec miroir.. La salle de bain dispose d'une grande douche, de toilette et bidet. Au premier étage, vous trouvez une première terrasse. Au second étage, il y a une grande terrasse avec un grand salon extérieur, et une table pour manger. Des lumières sont prévues pour profiter de l'espace en soirée. De la terrasse, vous aurez quelques vues sur la mer. Dans cette maison de 4 appartements, les voyageurs peuvent accéder à leur appartement et au patio (privatifs). Enfin, sur le palier, vous trouverez du matériel de plage à emprunter gratuitement.

L'appartement et ses larges baies vitrées vous offre une vue panoramique grandiose sur les fameuses falaises de "Los Gigantes", sur le port et sur les îles voisines de la Gomera et la Palma. Imaginez-vous sur votre terrasse profiter des superbes couchers de soleil, dégustant des tapas en buvant un bon verre après une journée riche en découvertes ou tranquille à la plage ou à la piscine... La Casa Tamara est un appartement-terrasse en dernier étage. Elle n'a aucun vis-à-vis, est décorée avec goût dans un style "beach house", et peut accueillir confortablement 2 adultes. Très bien agencée, vous vous y sentirez immédiatement à l'aise et pourrez profiter de tous ses équipements comme à la maison. La terrasse est ombragée grâce à sa large marquise, et vous pourrez profiter à toute heure de sa fraîcheur... ou au contraire y prendre un bon bain de soleil à l'abri des regards indiscrets.

The apartment is bright, very peaceful and private. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room with open plan kitchen and a terrace. The terrace is the place you want to meet sunset after a long day of sightseeing and exploring the island. It is really great to just sit there, enjoy the view and relax. Cozy one bedroom apartment with incredible views of the ocean and close to the beach. The apartment is modern, light & decorated with love. Sofa in the living area. There is one bedroom with double bed. Best for couples. The apartment is on ocean shore. It's a real home with everything you should need for a self catering holiday. Change over days can be flexible depending on other bookings. Departure is normally 10:00 but if the apartment is not booked the day of your departure you're welcome to stay later than this time.
