Penthouse Beach Apartment in Mojacar Playa

Amazing 80 m2 penthouse apartment with a private huge 80 m2 atrium terrace with stunning view to the sea, the city and the mountains. There is also a small terrace with direct access from the living room. The apartment is fully equipped and has a modern livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms. Centrally controlled aircondition, WIFI, fiber and 55" smart TV. The terrace offers a nice lounge group, an outside kitchen with dining set, a bar set and sunbeds.

Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the villa. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge. Heated pool surcharge

STUNNING SEA VIEWS, CLOSE TO BEACH, HEATED POOL

A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Enjoy breakfast outside whilst watching the sun rise over the sea in the morning - or sit relaxing with a glass of wine watching the moon sparkle over the ocean in the evening. There is a private heated pool which is gated and so safe for young children, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor tennis table.

One bedroom apartment near the sea. Functional and comfortable furniture, living room with table, sofa bed, flat TV, air conditioning and heat pump. 1 Bedroom with 150x190 bed (new) and mosquito net on the balcony of the bedroom. Bathroom: WC, bath, sink and bidet. Kitchen: washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and toaster. 1 Terrace with table and chairs and two balconies. Very bright. The apartment has an iron, Wi-Fi, small kit, parking and swimming pools.

El Hermano Mayor: 2bedroom - terrace (70m2) + pool

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastic pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

It is located in the area known as Pueblo Indalo. This area has all kinds of services: banks, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, parks, ... Beach with water activities 20 meters from the apartment. Bus stop, taxi in front of residential.
