This was an ideal place to spend my first day in Peru. Their tips and directions helped me immensely. I was only here for one day for a stopover in Lima on my way to the mountains but I would definitely stay here again on my return. Thank you!

Excelente atencion de Ana Maria y su esposo Alvaro, me permitieron cocinar ya que tengo q hacer dieta estricta. La habitacion acogedora, cama de dos plazas todo muy limpio! El baño optimo, impecable todos los dias. Cada habitacion tiene llave para asegurar la puerta... cuenta con sala en comun con sillones para descansar o hacer trabajos. Televisor 32 pulgadas suficiente con decodificador para ver peliculas y demas. RECOMENDADISIMO!!! La zona es para personas que esten trabajando o de transito por pocos dias. Recomendadisimo esta familia!

If there can be a perfect room when you travel, this is it! Squeaky clean. Javier is a great communicator. The room has everything you need. And the best is the location. A mere 30 metres away from the promenade for long walks. Be sure to catch some markets on the weekend. 15 minutes (walk) to great restaurants and cafe’s. Javier makes good recommendations for the best spots to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee or a meal. I would luv to come back to Lima and stay at Javier’s.

This is my fourth stay at Javier's place. I love the location. So very close to the malecon. Javier's house is spotless. He is attentive and always checks on you. This is by far my fav airbnb in Lima when I travel alone. An an extra bonus is the rooftop area he just finished. Perfect for a glass of wine at the end of a long day.

Davide, es muy amable, atento y amigable. me recargo el celular y le pagué después. El lugar está cerca al aeropuerto, lo cual es genial para quedarse cerca de este.

Muy cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado dentro de un condominio cerca a la playa. La persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y nos brindó todo el servicio necesario. Las habitaciones están divididas en 4 pisos, adicional hay un área común (sala) en la planta baja, cocina y terraza en la parte de arriba. El único problema fue la comunicación para el check in ya que se demoraron mucho en responder.
