Amazing Private Beach Front Villa with Hot tub

This beach house is absolutely breathtaking. It is located right in the middle of Playa Hermosa, one of the most treasured beaches in all of Costa Rica. There is a large pool with hot tub. The house is conveniently located a few doors down from a small hotel that has a restaurant and bar. If you feel like cooking, you will love all the brand new state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen. The large bathrooms have been recently remodeled. There is a huge balcony with bbq, bar & ocean view

Villa Playa Hermosa is a surfer and beach comber dream house. Right on the beach in Playa Hermosa. The home is remote enough to have the beach practically to yourself on some days but minutes to great restaurants and shopping. Or, if you like, you can have personal chefs come to you. If its tours and adventures you want our host can book it all. Come and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Pacific and let the ocean lull you to sleep after a day of Costa Rica adventures or just laying on the beach.

You will be walking distance everywhere and just a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, night life, & restaurants. The house is located in the Ultra-Safe gated community of Sol Dorado with 24 hr security. **The pool in the photos is the community pool** **Please note that prostitution is not allowed in Sol Dorado. Hilltop House Esterillos; Ocean& Mountain views

Spacious and well appointed, the Hilltop House in Esterillos Oeste is fast becoming one of the most sought after Costa Rica vacation houses for its panoramic views and closeness to the beach, and to Jaco. Amazing 3rd floor observation deck w Panoramic views of the mountains and ocean. A short five min walk to the beach, enjoy the waves and the tidal pools. What guests love is the peaceful atmosphere, amazing views, and daily wildlife visitors especially the macaws flying over the third deck!

Paradise Found

You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

Beachfront, 6bd, Pool, Maid, Cook, SUV's, 7 Kayaks

One of the very best beachfront properties in Costa Rica, located in the heart of the most popular tourist area in Costa Rica (9 miles north of Jaco). Exceptional quiet beautiful area, with private pool, ping-pong, climbing peg board, bat-mitten, tire-swing, dart-board, board games, and foosball. Write about the use of the SUV cars. The maid service, and the 7 ocean kayaks are usually only available for a stay of 5 or more days. The cook is usually always available for an extra charge.

This newly renovated 6 bedroom and 7 bathroom home is right on the water. It is sparkling clean and brand new.You can hear the waves crash from every room.There are 4 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 twins, 1 sofa bed, and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds.Each room has its own bathroom and air conditioner.A large deck offers breathtaking views of the ocean.The pool is next to the spacious outdoor kitchen.Play by the pool, prepare a meal, sip a cocktail, and watch the waves roll in.

Ventanas Villa III w/ Private Pool

Stunning modern home surrounded by 40 acres of lush tropical forest with a private pool, near one of the most beautiful palm-lined beaches in Costa Rica! This unique property is centrally located off the coast hwy, just 2 hours from Juan Santa Maria Int'l Airport, and close to markets, restaurants, and 3 national parks; Manuel Antonio, Carrara, and Cangreja.
