The space has been designed with meticulous attention to every detail. It is just a 5-minute walk from Playa del Inglés, one of the best beaches on the island. The house features a unique design where modernity and simplicity blend in an unforgettable way. It includes a fantastic open-plan kitchen connected to the living and dining area. You'll find two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and their own full bathroom Outside, there is a stunning heated pool, a chill-out area, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table, and a shower. In addition to offering a sophisticated and comfortable environment, the property is in a prime location, close to the iconic Maspalomas Dunes. This impressive natural landscape, with miles of golden sand dunes resembling a desert by the sea, provides a truly unique visual experience.

Bungalow direkt an den Dünen (Vista Mar)

Der Bungalow ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ein Highlight ist die private Dachterrasse mit Liegefläche nebst Bar. Zudem steht ein geschmackvoll angelegter Garten mit altem Baumbestand und Liegefläche zur Verfügung. Der Bungalow hat eine eigene Terrasse und einen privaten Innenhof. Der 11 m² große Pool wird gemeinsam mit einem 2 Bungalow genutzt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an den Dünen von Maspalomas. Gleichzeitig ist er nur wenige Minuten vom Zentrum von Playa del Inglés entfernt.

Quiet Private Villa | 12 min Playa Inglés

Are you looking for peace, space, sun and relaxation? Then book this charming villa on the outskirts of Playa del Inglés. Quietly located in Maspalomas, but within walking distance of all entertainment. This beautiful house has a private pool with large terrace where of course a barbecue place for a disposable barbecue is not missing. The house is spacious and with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms you will spend a wonderful holiday in Villa Arum!

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

ANZAR: El Espíritu del Atlántico

ANZAR es un refugio único en Campo Internacional de Maspalomas: un bungalow renovado con un jardín privado que invita a desconectar, con ducha exterior, hamacas y una luz preciosa todo el día. Su diseño natural, el dormitorio loft en planta alta y la serenidad del entorno lo hacen especial. Piscina, zonas verdes, deporte y cercanía a playas y Meloneras completan una estancia íntima, cómoda y profundamente relajante.

Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico.Bungalow con 2 dormitorios con cama grande,baño, muy espacioso salón-cocina,totalmente equipado con todos electrodomésticos necesarios,wi fi, lavadora y muy grande jardín con mesa y 4 sillas,2 tumbonas y piscina comunitaria. Cerca bares,restaurantes, Yumbo Center a pies 6 min.
