Casa de la Montaña

Maison pleine vue sur mer à 200 mètres de la plage La maison est idéalement située, très calme et confortable (rénovée en 2022). Il y a des escaliers, 4 marches de la salle à manger au salon, et les chambres/ sanitaires à l'étage inférieur. L'accès entre le parking et la maison est un chemin piéton en bon état non adapté pour une personne à mobilité réduite (environ 50 mètres). On ne peut pas se garer devant la porte, il faut parcourir ces 50 mètres pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de la maison.

chalet adosado a 150M del MAR

Si te apetece descansar, olvidarte del coche e ir paseando a playas de arena fina con agua cálida y buen tiempo, te ofrezco mi casa recién reformada. Tiene 4 habitaciones, 3 individuales y 1 de matrimonio, dos baños y cocina a estrenar totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, campana, horno y nevera. La parcela es de 400 m con un buen porche por lo que puedes hacer vida fuera. Tengo habilitada la cochera como comedor y zona de lavandería y hay ducha exterior para tu comodidad. Anímate y disfruta!

Amazing seaview of the marina, the beach and the whole coast from a big garden terrace, 50 m above the sea. Few stairs take you down to the port, where the pedestrian promenade with bars, restaurants and shops starts. 3 beaches are on walking distance. Natural rocks inside the apartment. 2 seaview bedrooms with double beds, living room with sofa, kitchenette and direct acces to the terrace. Desconecta de la rutina en este precioso estudio único y relajante, tiene un balcón con vistas a la piscina, a las montañas y a lo lejos verás el mar, de noche podrás disfrutar viendo la luna y las estrellas. Ubicado en una zona residencial tranquila y con fácil aparcamiento. Se encuentra a 700 metros de la playa. Cercano a un centro comercial y a la zona de ocio del Puerto de Mazarrón.
