Apartamento de unos 50 m² en planta baja, frente al mar, completamente reformado y situado en un pequeño complejo con piscina comunitaria en la playa. Desde el salón se accede directamente a la piscina y zona de tumbonas, con el Mediterráneo a pocos pasos. El interior combina madera, tonos naturales e iluminación cálida, con una zona de día abierta que integra salón, comedor y cocina. Tiene capacidad para hasta 4 personas, especialmente cómodo para parejas y pequeñas familias. Dormitorio y baño Dispone de un dormitorio independiente con cama doble de 150 × 190 cm, armario y baño en suite completamente renovado con amplia ducha. Incluye sábanas, almohadas, mantas, toallas y secador de pelo. Salón y cocina El salón, de aproximadamente 20 m², dispone de sofá cama doble, TV y WiFi, comedor y cocina abierta. Desde aquí se accede directamente al exterior, donde encontrarás una pequeña mesa con sillas. La cocina está equipada con nevera y congelador, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas con grill, campana extractora, cafetera y tostadora, además de vajilla y menaje de cocina. El apartamento cuenta también con aire acondicionado frío/calor, agua caliente mediante termo, plancha, tendedero y utensilios básicos de limpieza. A la llegada dejamos algunos consumibles de cocina, baño y limpieza como cortesía inicial. Pueden variar y su reposición durante la estancia corre a cargo del huésped. Piscina y playa La vivienda tiene salida directa a la piscina comunitaria y zona de tumbonas. El complejo está frente al Mediterráneo, con la playa inmediatamente delante. Importante Disponemos de cuatro apartamentos muy similares en el mismo complejo, con pequeñas diferencias de decoración y acabados. Se asignan según disponibilidad, por lo que algunos detalles pueden variar respecto a las fotografías, manteniéndose las características principales de la reserva. Mascotas Las mascotas son bienvenidas. Se aplica un suplemento de limpieza de 50 € por estancia, reducido a 30 € si viajas con una sola mascota y nos informas previamente, abonable a la llegada. Pedimos especial cuidado para evitar molestias al resto de residentes.
