Casa Antiga: holiday home for 2 adults (18+) on the ground floor of small-scale accommodation Quinta Maragota. Originally this part of the farmhouse was the family living area and still features beautiful authentic Portuguese tile floors, renovated wooden shutters and ceiling ornament in the hallway. Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

This light filled penthouse offers every comfort. Though minutes from the town center, this is a quiet getaway where swifts and swallows love to fly by. The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. Quinta da Pedragua, rodeada por um pequeno pomar, apresenta uma piscina exterior, situa se a 15 km de Tavira e a 13 km de Vila Real de Santo António. Todas as acomodações da Quinta exibem uma atmosfera íntima e um alpendre mobilado e com todas as comodidades no seu interior. Quinta da Ria está a 10 minutos de carro e a praia de areia de Altura a 1,5km. A tradicional vila de Cacela Velha, conhecida pelos seus restaurantes de mariscos e praias primitivas, encontra-se a 10 minutos de carro.

Nestled amongst serene hills - perfect for morning walks - it's beautifully in touch with nature. Olhão and Tavira are 20 mins away, Santa Catarina 7 mins and the beach 20 mins too. The rented part of the house has a charming Andalusian patio (courtyard) including two living spaces within and plenty of plants such as kentias, aspidistras, a banana tree and a jasmine; three bedrooms, one of them 95 m2, and three bathrooms. The total surface of this ground floor is 310 m2. In the second floor a full equipped kitchen, a terrace and a laundry room are also available (approx. extra 50 m2).

Semi-detached house with pool in El Rompido

The house is in the town of Rompido, 600 meters from the PLAZA de las SIRENAS, very close to the school in the PUNTA CORAL area. You can walk down to the town or park in one of the two car parks that are located in the town. The town center becomes pedestrianized in summer. From the house you can make routes by bicycle or on foot because El Rompido is in a natural setting.
