Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the villa. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge. Heated pool surcharge

El apartamento se encuentra justo en frente de la playa. Ofrece piscina al aire libre abierta en temporada del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre y jardín. Dispone de vista directa al mar y una terraza independiente desde la que podrán disfrutar del Mediterráneo. Los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de la amplia variedad de restaurantes, zona de ocio y comercial a pocos minutos a pie gracias a la excelente ubicación. Vera se encuentra a 13 km, San José a 49 y el aeropuerto de Almería a 58.

Piso Olivia: una vista inolvidable del mar y playa

Apartamento con una increíble vista al mar en una de las mejores zonas de Mojacar Playa. Frente de la playa, tercera planta, un piso de 77 mq con una terraza preciosa donde relajarse mirando al mar. El apartamento está compuesto por dos habitaciones dobles, la habitación principal tiene una maravillosa vista de la playa, un cuarto de baño con ducha, una cocina, una lavandería y un salon muy amplio donde se accede a la terraza. Espacio pensado para familias disponemos de juguetes.

Stylish Townhouse in Mojacár Playa near the beach.

Our smart & stylish south facing town house is only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach in Mojacar Playa. With cool marble floors throughout, the living/dining area has wood burner & doors to the garden. There is a good size kitchen with a Nespresso machine, microwave & washing machine. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto private terraces. The toilet & downstairs cloakroom are newly installed. The property comes with a private parking, air conditioning & mosquito screens.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastic pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.
