Penthouse Beach Apartment in Mojacar Playa

Amazing 80 m2 penthouse apartment with a private huge 80 m2 atrium terrace with stunning view to the sea, the city and the mountains. There is also a small terrace with direct access from the living room. The apartment is fully equipped and has a modern livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms. Centrally controlled aircondition, WIFI, fiber and 55" smart TV. The terrace offers a nice lounge group, an outside kitchen with dining set, a bar set and sunbeds.

Un espacioso y tranquilo apartamento a 50m de la playa con una fresca terraza vista mar y con todos los servicios y comodidades cercanos, transportes,supermercados, restaurantes a pocos pasos . Piscina y jardin comunitarios. Cocina totalmente equipada, plancha, tendedero, WiFi, smart tv, etc. Se puede aparcar justo delante del apartamento. Primera línea de playa

El apartamento se encuentra justo en frente de la playa. Ofrece piscina al aire libre abierta en temporada del 15 de junio al 15 de septiembre y jardín. Dispone de vista directa al mar y una terraza independiente desde la que podrán disfrutar del Mediterráneo. Los huéspedes podrán disfrutar de la amplia variedad de restaurantes, zona de ocio y comercial a pocos minutos a pie gracias a la excelente ubicación. Vera se encuentra a 13 km, San José a 49 y el aeropuerto de Almería a 58.

Casa con mucho encanto, situada en uno de los lugares más privilegiados de Mojácar. A escasos metros del mar y con una playa casi privada. Hay 2 terrazas con vistas al mar y un jardín privado con arbolada y césped. Ideal para familias. Mínimo 7 noches. Stylish Townhouse in Mojacár Playa near the beach.

Our smart & stylish south facing town house is only a 5 minute walk from the beautiful beach in Mojacar Playa. With cool marble floors throughout, the living/dining area has wood burner & doors to the garden. There is a good size kitchen with a Nespresso machine, microwave & washing machine. Both bedrooms have doors opening onto private terraces. The toilet & downstairs cloakroom are newly installed. The property comes with a private parking, air conditioning & mosquito screens.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastic pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.
