New Deluxe historic Canarian style villa, with panoramic sea views, private heated pool, in La Asomada.

An exclusive and historic villa in the village of La Asomada, a renowned upmarket holiday Location in the south east of Lanzarote, the main attractions , it’s Tranquil environment, it’s outstanding panoramic sea views, it’s first class accommodation, and it’s renowned Location, Location, 4 km from Puerto del Carmen ,and 2 km to many top restaurants. Located in Puerto del Carmen, 10 minute walk from Playa Chica, this bright villa has a terrace with spectacular 180 degree ocean views, a patio with BBQ and a backyard with 2 parking spots. The villa uses 100% solar energy and features 4 bedrooms, smart TV, Netflix, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a utility room with washing machine. Bed linen/towels are provided. Villa Barbie is situated in Corralejo a 7 minute walk to the El Campanario centre and 3km from the stunning sand dunes of Corralejo. This property is new to the rental market and is distributed over 3 floors. Set in a prestigous gated development with a private heated pool it offers accomodation for 6 people. Villa Dora Bella is in the tranquil village of Nazaret which is a 20-minutes drive from the airport and only 10 minutes to beautiful Famara beach. It is a 2-minutes drive to the pretty historical capital of La Villa de Teguise with its many restaurants and artisan shops.
