There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. There is an elevator in the building.

This lovely studio flat has everything you need, sitting on the same land as the main villa with a shared garden. The beautiful mediterranean sea sits on one side and the Mar Menor opposite. In Cabo De Palos there are plenty of great places to eat and a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. My 3 friendly dogs live in the main house but spend time in the garden.
