New villa with private pools, terraces and ocean view. Villa have been designed and equipped with comfortable and modern furniture. The villa consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen on the first floor. On the second level there are 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a private bathroom. The villa includes a separate apartment with a kitchen and bathroom. The swimming pool and outdoor terrace is equipped with high-end garden furniture. There is a beautiful view from every part of the villa.

Luxurious apartment in veril del duque,Costa Adeje

Amazing apartment, comfortable.From the terrace you can see the best sunsets. In a very exclusive area, around it there are supermarkets, shops, shopping center, bus stop, taxi stand. It´s only 3 minutes walk from the beach, and 7 minutes walk you can find a golf course. Moreover, it´s the best area to do water sports and some trekking. There are same free bus that you can take for going to other shopping center such as "Siam Mall" and also to "Siam Park" that is the number one water kingdom.

The apartment has been recently renovated (june 2023), it is fully equipped and finely furnished. It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living with sofa bed, bathroom. There is also a terrace on the upper floor with umbrellas and sunbeds shared with two other apartaments. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance

Villa Tranquila, Playa del Duque

Het prachtige huis is uniek gelegen aan het mooiste strand van Tenerife, Playa del Duque. Enkel het wandelpad op de dijk ligt tussen huis en strand. Hierdoor heb je zeezicht in zowel het volledige huis en tuin. 's Nachts kan je heerlijk in slaap vallen met het geluid van de golven. Iedere slaapkamer heeft uitzicht op zee en de master bedroom beschikt over een uniek terras met een gezellige lounge. In de tuin kan je heerlijk genieten van de zon met voldoende schaduw.

Exclusivo penthouse en primera línea de mar con tres dormitorios, tres baños, amplio salón y cocina totalmente equipada. Dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y dos espectaculares terrazas privadas. Una de ellas ofrece impresionantes vistas panorámicas al océano y la otra cuenta con un fantástico jacuzzi para 4 personas con vistas a La Caleta. Canarian style home with sea views, terrace & pool

@sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.
