Chazy on the Lake

Beautiful home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Rockhaven, a romantic getaway is a rare find. Step back in time and enjoy almost 600' of lake shore on Vermont's unique Lake Champlain with 180 degree views, from westerly views to New York's Adirondacks, through the north and east to Vermont's Green Mountains. This private site is 2 acres with mature trees, meadows, and wooded buffers, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. There are two cottages available; they can be rented separately or together. Each is one bedroom with private bathroom.

The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

If you’re looking to enjoy a nice sauna, a warm jacuzzi, and/or a relaxing night with fire on a clear sky, don’t hesitate to book. It is a haven for a couple romantic getaway, a skiing experience, or a relaxing family time in the Adirondack nature. Parties are not allowed for safety reasons.

Our house is very open and spacious. It is designed to get around easily. There are multiple places to sit and eat or enjoy nature. The house has numerous windows and is well lit. There is a lot of deck space and a big back yard for games. We are always friendly and open, just down the road if anything is needed! We love meeting new people and do what we can to make your stay comfortable!
