The house is 150 sqm large in a 500 sqm plot located in a residential quiet area. Pool is 30 sqm large. Quietness of the environment needs to be preserved.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
