L’appartement est équipé de machine à laver séchante et machine à laver la vaisselle. Le lit est un Queen size avec un matelas tres confortable. Climatisation réversible

Everything can be done on foot from the Studio. A 7 min walk to the Palais des Festival and 5 min to the nearest beach. Studio 24sq.m renovated at the foot of the Suquet facing the Forville Market. Bright, not overlooked and quiet with double glazed windows, 1 double bed 140cm. Fully equipped kitchen, shower room, free wifi, flat screen TV, washing machine and dryer. 1 min to a supermarket. 2 public car parks at 3 min. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Airport shuttle at 8min at the station.

Superbe apt, 42m2+terrasses 19m2, vue panoramique époustouflante sans vis-à-vis depuis toutes les pièces ! Hyper équipé, tout confort. Les plus : climatisation réversible dans toutes les pièces, 2 piscines, parking privé sous-sol, barbecue, lit bébé, 2 télés, linge fourni, arrivée autonome. Idéalement situé ! Tout peut se faire à pieds : Mer à 100m. Tous sites, restaurants, transports, tous commerces dont 2 supermarchés aux environs immédiats. Cannes centre 3,5km par bord de mer.
