Dans un environnement calme à quelques pas de la mer et du village de Saint AYGULF, Villa neuve offrant une large vue mer sur la baie de FREJUS-St RAPHAEL. Villa vue mer panoramique à 3 min des plages, au calme en lisière forêt. Entièrement climatisée et en partie rénovée, idéale jusqu’à 8 personnes. À l’étage : salon/véranda vue mer, cuisine neuve très équipée (frigo américain avec glaçons, four, lave vaisselle..), bar/tabourets, 2 chambres, salle de bain. En RdC : 2 chambres (1x160) et (2x90) 2 salles douche neuves superbes. Jardin : table, lounge, 4 chaises longues et barbecue. Draps et serviettes fournis. Électricité incluse (150€/semaine).

Apartment with private garden, 100m from the beach

The apartment is in a quiet,residencial area with an easy access to the beach and shopping facilities. It is a spacious 65sqm with 2 real bedrooms and both the open kitchen and living room are fully equipped.Each room has its own air-conditioning system (hot&cold). The bathroom and toilet are separate. The access is through a private gate with parking for two cars which leads to a private garden with garden furniture and Weber gaz barbecue. Quality linen, beach and bath towels are provided.

Fan de randos, de jeux nautiques, fan de détente et rêveries du bord de mer. Je propose un appartement: " le clapotis, St-Aygulf " dans une villa provençale avec piscine. St-Aygulf est situé entre St-Tropez et St-Raphaël. La grande terrasse exposée au sud est fermée par une baie vitrée pour votre intimité. La propriété est gardée pour la sécurité de tous, le parking accueille 4 véhicules, un garage fermé est à disposition. J habite un studio en rez de jardin pour accueillir nos voyageurs

BEACH & SEA VIEWS ON GULF ST.TROPEZ

Situated directly opposite the sea between ST AYGULF and LES ISSAMBRES views onto the gulf of ST TROPEZ, lots of boat activity to watch on the Mediterranean. The big sandy beach of la gaillarde is less than 3 minutes on foot, charming little beach directly opposite with cristal clear waters, it is ideally situated gréât for children as you can go to the beach opposite without crossing the road , also easy airport access and of course the amazing year round weather makes It a must!

Modern villa ideally located near the beaches and city centre featuring 3 comfortable bedrooms and a bright living room overlooking the swimming pool and terrace with open kitchen and dining area. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, all bedrooms with AC. Located in quiet area, close to beaches, groceries and restaurants. Private parking, BBQ and outdoor dining area.
