Lower Largo Cottage

Beautiful modern fisherman's cottage in the coastal village of Lower Largo. Just across the road from stunning beaches and harbour. The cottage is contemporary and bright, having been lovingly renovated. The downstairs has an open plan living area and kitchen. A double bedroom on the first floor and a cozy twin loft room with is accessed via a stair in the main bedroom. Loved by kids. There is a modern shower room. Guests have access to a walled garden. A lovely space to relax and rewind.

Romantic Cottage, nr St. Andrews with hot tub

Balass Hayshed Cottage finished to the highest standard and enjoyed by couples on mini moons, golf trips, weddings, visiting children at St Andrews University or just getting away from busy lives. The property has its own hot tub for the exclusive use of Hayshed guests only. There is a loft space with a further double bed. Enjoy the surrounding countryside. Edinburgh an hour by train. Dundee’s V and A 25 minutes. Rent along with the Stables Cottage for larger parties. Ultra fibre broadband.

In a beautiful Scottish Borders valley, surrounded by sheep farms & many walks. The Whiteadder River runs nearby, and beaches are a short drive away. We are next to one of the most important oak woodlands in the Borders. Come and visit to learn more! Also, the Woodlands Café has opened and it’s just a short walk down the road (weekends-only).

Conservation Area Cottage

This is the cutest cottage in Pittenweem. The cottage is extremely cosy and welcoming. Although having been recently updated with a new bathroom and kitchen along with a remodeled living room the original integrity is maintained. The home provides everything you will need to enjoy your stay (including tea, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, tinfoil etc.). While being a quiet location a short walk of a couple of minutes will see you at the local baker, post office and the harbour.

Crail cottage with gardens, sea views, parking

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Luxury 5* graded cottage

Bramble Cottage offers couples peace and tranquility in a five star property with lots of luxurious touches. Whilst having a rural location within the heart of the East Lothian county there is easy access to villages and towns, beaches & countryside. Our location is unique – 15 mins direct train journey in to Edinburgh City Centre and then return to the peace and tranquillity of Bramble! Up to 2 well behaved dogs accepted. A car is recommended due to the semi-rural location.

Weavers Cottage~Luxury country cottage with views

Weavers has been recently renovated to ensure a luxury stay. Beautifully situated on a farm with views of the countryside and the sea, it's ideally situated for those looking to explore Scotland. Only 40 minutes from St Andrews, Edinburgh & Gleneagles with easy access to public transport links and only 30 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. It really is the ideal escape. There are also local seaside towns all within a five to 10 minute drive. Enjoy your own private garden too.
