Apartment 'Haus Mate 3' with a private beach

We are a small family of 4 living in a 3 floor house with 7 modern, fully equipped apartments. While we rent the two upper floors, we live on the lowest floor and are always available if you need anything. We are located in the village of Pisak, a peaceful, stress-free place, made for relaxation and family vacation. We have a private beach (only for our guests and family) and with it provide natural water, showers, electricity, barbecue, pantry for beach supplies, as well as 2 berths for boats.

Sit back and relax in this peaceful accommodation with a fantastic sea view. The accommodation is located 130 meters from the beach in the charming village of Pisak. Pisak, once a fishing village, is known for its wonderful pebble beaches and crystal-clear water. The proximity to larger tourist destinations such as Omis, Makarska, and Split makes this accommodation very appealing. Here you can combine peaceful relaxing days with interesting day trips or evening outings in the surrounding area.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Apartman ima zasebni ulaz i gosti mogu neometano uživati na prostranoj terasi koja ima blagovaonski dio i dio za odmor i sunčanje. U kući su 3 klimatizirane sobe s velikim bračnim krevetima (u 3. sobi je i krevet za jednu osobu), sa smart TV-om, 3 moderno uređene kupaonice s walk in tuš kabinom, moderno uređena kuhinja s blagovaonicom.

Cosy apartment for 4 guests, 2 terraces with a beautiful sea and islands view, just above the beach. Private parking, vicinity of grocery store and restaurant, 15 mins driving from the town of Omis and 10 min driving from Brela, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.
