Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

Airy loft home is a modern safari-style getaway! Large kitchen/island overlook the sofa, fireplace and 65" Smart TV. Large 1st floor bathroom is by the master, which has adjustable king bed & 50" Smart TV. Upstairs has a queen bed, 55" Smart TV, bathroom/shower and a 3-person bunk bed. Rowing machine and 2-person hot tub on the balcony! Relax with the family in our 100-year-old, single story, bungalow. We offer 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. The interior is newly remodeled, including new central heat and air. We are still sprucing up the outside. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while relaxing on the large cozy front porch. Our home is 3 blocks from the largest town square in the U.S. It is also a short bike ride from the Lehigh Portland Trails and the Prairie Spirit Trail State Park. Iola is the home of Allen Community College.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a meal, and there is a laundry area for use. Watch the native wildlife in the wooded area surrounding the cabin just 3 miles north of Iola, KS.

Poppy's Place

Inspired by a swatch of wallpaper found in the attic, 'Poppy's Place' is decorated to bring you back in time to the 1930's. Bright, bold and cheerful colors were introduced into homes at that time to help keep people inspired during the dust bowl of the Great Depression. The 1930’s was the decade that fell directly in between WWI and WWII and Poppy Flowers were, and still are, a symbol of hope and remembrance for fallen soldiers. Office offers a day bed.
