It is a very unique "round house" in a quiet cove on beautiful Lake Hamilton. It has 3 BR/2.5B. Outdoor areas include an a large lower deck with dining and seating areas, a *BRAND NEW* hot tub, a fire pit, and a grilling area. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, you can have the peace and seclusion of the lake without sacrificing the attractions of Hot Springs.

The Robin’s Nest Cabin is located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It’s rustic on the outside yet filled with modern amenities. The property is also surrounded by wooded trails that lead to a waterfront cove on Lake Hamilton. Kayaks are available for use Mar.-Oct. Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset in this spacious Lake Hamilton home. The house is conveniently located to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/large gatherings are not allowed.

There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.
