We had a great stay. The house is 5 minutes from the beach and has beach chairs and towels for guest to use. I also liked, it was 18 minutes to Aventura mall for world class shopping and amazing restaurants. Book it, you’ll enjoy.

This home was awesome, great pool and back yard bbq set up, well played out floor plan, and plenty of space. Only minor issue we had was the gas lines were turned off for some reason, but once I messaged the host, it was addressed and fixed in the same day. All in all great place to stay!

Such a beautiful place to stay. The house was perfect! They had everything you needed and more. We loved fishing off the dock, grilling out, playing the yard games, relaxing in the tiki hut and swimming. We would recommend this house to anyone looking. Great location! Close to the beach, across the street from the grocery store and close to a lot of great restaurants. We will be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Gary’s place was super cozy, clean and modern. First off, the neighborhood of Croissant Park is very residential and quiet, which we loved, while also being super convenient to the interstate, FLL airport, Las Olas, and beyond. The house itself is on a canal that leads right into the New River so the best of Fort Lauderdale boating is at your fingertips if you happen to have a boat. The dock at the house is perfect for tying up to, and there are no fixed bridges in the area to worry about. Gary is a great host - accommodating, sincere and he genuinely cares about your experience. We brought our Husky Jaxon along too since the house is pet friendly and we all immensely enjoyed our monthlong stay at Gary’s lovely home.

We loved this stay! The location could not be more perfect - peaceful on one side, with the beach (and walkable trails) on the other. Great stay, and we were delighted by how responsive & helpful Johnny & Laura were.

It was our first vacation in Miami and Gian’s house made it most memorable and enjoyable. He is an amazing and warm host, very responsive and helpful. I would go back to his house every time we are in Miami.

This home and host 100/10! Place was exactly as described and host was always helpful and responsive. My family of 8 and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The only one bad experience we had was with a rude neighbor. He came out banging on the fence and yelling at 9:56 pm on a Saturday asking us to lower our noise because he had to be up early. We were having dinner, with a pocket speaker playing music, and my noise level reader stated we were below 70 decibels. Quiet hours here are 11pm and that ruined the vibes a bit but regardless we made the best out of the stay. That of course was not the host’s fault but if you and your guests like to laugh and enjoy a beautiful night outside it may be an issue with that one neighbor. Even for me though, I would stay here all over again because it was the perfect location and so comfortable. Excited to be back soon! 😊

This house is adorable. The little veranda where you can have your morning coffee is really private. The outdoor shower was really cute and it’s literally steps from Hollywood Beach. He had chairs available for us to use. The kitchen was really well stocked beds were clean and bathroom was clean. It was very nice. We’ll definitely stay here again

I stayed here for two nights with my wife & her father, who was visiting us from Colombia, & we had a wonderful experience. The house is super clean, modern, and the black smooth decoration made it feel extra stylish and cozy. Everything inside is upgraded with smart features like the fridge, oven, & even the bathroom mirror, which we thought was really cool. There’s no backyard area, but honestly, the inside of the house is so comfortable and beautifully done that we didn’t even miss it. Plus, the location is perfect — really close to Hollywood Beach, restaurants, & shops. Kevi is an amazing host! She’s so attentive, & really goes above & beyond to make sure you have a great experience. You can feel how much she cares about her guests & her property. Overall, we had an amazing stay & would definitely come back again!

Excellent accommodations and location. Beautiful surroundings you can’t beat the location. It is on the intracoastal and a couple of blocks from the beach. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Stay.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, modern and very clean. The heated pool was everything. The kids loved it so much they did not want to leave. The location was just a short ride to all the great locations. The best part was the privacy. We felt we were in our own little private oasis. We would highly recommend!

Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for a week with our children for Spring Break. Great location and easy to get to Hollywood Beach and Dania Beach. Pool was great and we enjoyed walking to dinner at Mineo’s. Fun evenings watching movies on the big couch in the living room, pool and the Simpson’s arcade. Fishing was excellent too!

My family enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and comfortable. The backyard had the most amazing view. Vlad was responsive and a great host! Chef’s kiss to his cleaner because the home was SPOTLESS!! I will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! This place is so cool - the location is perfect - easy walk to the beach and we loved all the wildlife critters right on the property. We used every feature the home had to offer - pool, kayaks - and the kitchen was outstanding. We had no problem preparing meals- high end appliances etc. My teenage kids loved the privacy of the separate entrances for their sleeping rooms too. Hope to be back soon!

I rented this place for a few hours to host a launch event, and I was absolutely delighted! The property is exactly as advertised—if not more beautiful in person. The outdoor area is stunning, with a serene lake view, a large pool, and plenty of well-arranged seating, perfect for gatherings. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated and instantly makes you feel welcome. One of the rooms even has baby cribs, making it very family-friendly. Steeve, the host, was incredibly responsive and proactive. He even helped me with setting up for the event, which I greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless with a convenient pin code entry. I highly recommend this place and will definitely rent it again!

We had a great day at this beautiful home. We were there for New Year’s and toured the Everglades. It is close to Miami downtown as well as Coral Gables and the Everglades. So much to do. The restaurants were great. The neighborhood is beautiful. We will be back!

Our group had a great stay here! Very spacious, especially with the huge backyard and pool. House is very well supplied with essentials. Will definitely be staying here in the near future!

The home was easy to find. Utilized a car to get to the beach. Beach parking is around $7/hr. The pool was good temperature. Back yard was private. Nice grill. Lots of kitchen amenities and extras. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Overall a great Christmas vacation for our family.
