This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Countryside farmhouse.

Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Onsuite master has a second electric fireplace and deck access.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life. Ponds and woods not our property so please stay in yard/ grass only
