The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

Newly constructed, large, bright, quiet (800 sq. ft) loft in our house. Only 2.5 km from highway 401, 15 km from 407 and 21 km to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.

Once called the "United Nations of birds", we are just a short drive from public beaches, lakes, the Victoria Rail Trail, and Monck's Landing Golf Course (stay and play package available). Our suite is equipped with one bedroom with fireplace ,TV and ensuite with jacuzzi. There is a kitchen and dining area, living room with TV and fireplace. Free Wifi. There is also laundry facilities, Hot tub ,sauna and outside patio with propane fire pit and barbecue, all for your private use. We are setup for a couple and our amenities are for our guests only .
