Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. The house encompasses a spacious living-room with two antique fire places, two kitchens, a recreation room, five bedrooms & four bathrooms. Outside there is a large swimming pool, dining area, a play house for children, multiple car-parking options and a 2 car fully enclosed garage. There are also a BBQ and a wood fire oven if you wish to cook outside.

The farmhouse has been carefully decorated in rural Tuscan style. Activities such as wine tastings and cooking classes are available onsite.

Casa Bonari è un appartamento indipendente su un unico livello all'interno di una villa ai piedi di Monticchiello. E' composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina attrezzata e salotto. Le stanze sono luminose e arredate in stile toscano, con vecchi mobili di famiglia ristrutturati uniti ad elementi contemporanei. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e l'appartamento circondato su ogni lato da un grande giardino, così che tutte le stanze vantano un bellissimo panorama sulla campagna.

Casale Monticchio- The Gaggia house, 6 to 8 guests

This 180 sqm apartment is made up from the main part of the Gaggia family home. The house was built around the 1920’s and unusually the main room was on the ground. The focal point was the large fireplace which had two bench seats within its structure. Severely damaged in the past, we made it a priority while restoring the property. The largest alteration required was to creating new staircases which we did in a stable at the back of the property which now has 3 meters high mirror.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
