Modern, completely restored vacation haven with all new furnishings. Amazing art , of the moment furniture, and luxury bedding curated by a 25 time SuperHost to satisfy the most discerning traveler, Walking distance to both Mesa Lane Beach and Hendry's beach. Steps away from the the Douglas Family Preserve with 3 miles of ocean side hiking trails. At the end of a peaceful cul de sac, a quiet haven free of cars; super safe for kids! Our BEAUTIFUL home, located in the heart of Santa Monica, is just a block from the beach and the BEST restaurants and shopping. Only a couple of minutes walk from the Santa Monica Boardwalk and Pier, it really is the perfect location for families with children! Amazing House in the Heart of Santa Barbara

This home is perfectly situated. Downtown State Street is only three blocks away and the famous Funk Zone where you can experience top notch dining is less than a five minute drive. The beach is only blocks away and a quick 2 or 3 minute drive will take you there. The entrance to the North and South 101 freeway is one block away. Please be advised that this is not a party house. Large parties will not be accepted and can lead to guests being asked to leave.
