Brand New Beach Home Great for Entertaining!

Impeccable, custom ocean front home located in Hollywood Beach. This stunningly beautiful house on the sand was just finished in December of 2018. It has an Elevator, four 70' inch smart tv's throughout the house and all the latest technology to go with it! The location is the best on the beach with the master bedroom sitting high on the 3rd floor with unobstructed and panoramic sunset views! Everything in the house is custom including the art! Midtown Oasis

Our home is an awesome place to be, we've spent a lot of time making our house special and want to share it with you! Our home is always kept super clean and has very comfortable beds, couches, and outdoor furniture. We live in the middle of everything great Ventura has to offer, but on a very lightly traveled side street that is very quiet at night. We live very close to Ventura's beautiful beaches and right around the corner from some great restaurants and bars. Ventura Permit #: 2284.

One mile from downtown Carpinteria and the state beach. Custom designed 320 sqft tiny home with a 400 sqft deck for perfect indoor/outdoor living. A relaxed and comfortable place to stay with full sized appliances, tall ceilings and 2 sleeping lofts. Plenty of space for 1-2 people, a small family, or 4 adventurous people. Villa Sogno (House of Dreams) has a relaxing, peaceful vibe. (STVR Permit # 2335) Super comfortable bed (same custom made bed as Ojai Vally Inn and Resort) for a good nights sleep. Outdoor patio with an ocean view, private court yard to relax in the sun, or enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Located in the foothills above downtown. Welcome to a safe, quiet neighborhood. Large Zen Studio Amidst Nature

Large 500sf studio, private entrance off 460 sf patio/garden w shower/kitchenette on 23 acre mountain organic farm. Close to many hikes, 5 miles to Ojai . Same roof with main house but separated by 2 doors + corridor, sleeps 2-5 in queen, single bed and sleeper couch (by request). Kitchenette is very well equipped , WiFi + 55" screen with Cable TV W/D, BBQ, private hikes & stars. Visit our HipVegan Restaurant in downtown.
