La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

Het huis is zeer ruim (400m2) en daarom erg geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld twee gezinnen of een grotere familie. Het hoofdhuis heeft twee delen met ieder een eigen entree, woonkamer, keuken en badkamer en er is nog een apart gastenverblijf voor 2 personen. Er is een groot zwembad van 6 bij 12 meter met buitendouche. Ook zijn er: 2 Cannondale mountainbikes, een pingpongtafel, een tafelvoetbalspel en een biljart. Om het huis staan 300 olijfbomen en er is een siertuin (totaal 10.000m2 groot).
