What a great place to relax, great scenery, beautiful beach and quiet surroundings. Place was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Erin was very quick to respond to all inquiries. Will certainly book again.

Derricks cottage by the beach was exactly as picture and perfect for our family of 7! The beach was a 4 minute walk which was perfect and there was beach toys/chairs which was perfect for the kids we had staying with us. The property was peaceful, quiet and there was a lot of space to play the lawn games which were already here.

My family and I spent a delightful few days in this location. The surrounding area offers wonderful opportunities for walks to admire forest wildlife, with the path to the beach being our favorite. In summary, the apartment and the general area provide the perfect setting to disconnect and relax in comfort. The weather in the month of April is absolutely ideal in this place.

This is our 4th summer staying with Brenda; her space is clean, fully outfitted with everything you need in the kitchen, and the sunset is excellent. Thanks Brenda!

The cottage was a peaceful and quiet place to stay, which we used as a point from which to explore beaches and communities along the Northumberland Straight. It was clean, comfortable and well kept, and contained everything we needed to make meals. Thank you Nicole and Cameron!

Not only does the view take your breath away, the cottage does as well. Everything has been carefully thought of. Marie & Angela definitely deserve the Super Host title. They went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will be back!

Leslee was a great host and made everything so easy. The cottage had everything needed plus more. Our family enjoyed our stay especially enjoying our morning coffee on the deck with the an amazing view.

We were so fortunate to spend spring break at Mark's place with our 3 kids. Upon walking in the view of the ocean is breathtaking. Mark has done an impeccable job renovating this place. The kitchen is a dream (hello gas oven ❤️) and the shower is super cool. The basement was perfect for our two older kids to have their own space. We really appreciated all the games and activities he provided - hours of fun just with monopoly and scrabble. That's the thing about this place - being inside it is a vacation in itself. So many touches to this place that make it stand out from the many others we have stayed. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.

Mark & Rachel’s place is a gem! This is our 2nd trip to Sunnybank Jr and we are already trying to figure out our plans to stay again next year. Our only regret this year was the shorter stay - we should have made it for 3 nights (or more)! But we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The upgrades since last year are a wonderful addition. Our family feels right at home here. The beds are cozy, there’s lots of seating in the kitchen, living room, and newly added sun room, it has everything we need to cook a nice family dinner. You can’t beat the views or the proximity to the ocean. A hop, skip and a jump down the stairs, you are on the ocean floor (or in the water, depending on the tide :)). Mark & Rachel are wonderful hosts. Thanks for another great stay!
