I stayed at Tung and Dangs place for a week. The best thing is the views from the top 20th floor of HCMC center. Completely breathtaking and beautiful especially at night. Dang was always responsive. The gym in the building is nice and the pool is amazing. Pool is huge and temperature is perfect. Building guards are friendly and helpful. Only recommendation would be to provide paper towels in the kitchen as there were none. And only negative was the attached neighbors are a bit noisy. But overall very good experience. Recommend!

This place is amazing! just like the pictures and description of the apartment. The apartment is presented very clean, its spacious and has a very comfortable home feeling. The hosts are very pro active, friendly, and helpful and no question is too hard. The building has security downstairs and there are some surrounding cafes and stores in walking distance. For other locations it's just a grab or bike away, and it's very cheap to get around, it's hassel free. Next door is La vela hotel with roof top swimming pool, you just buy a ticket if you wish to visit it. It's totally worth it. The apartment is located away also from the hard bussel so you can get a good night's rest. Highly recommend apartment and very helpful hosts! Will definitely book again!

公寓位置很好，在机场和景点的中间，打车去胡志明机场只需要20分钟，步行700米可以到达粉色教堂，步行2公里可以到达中央邮局，房间很干净，公寓很新很高级，房东响应很及时，提前很多天就开始沟通了，总的来说是以后来胡志明一定会住的公寓。出了公寓楼往右走100米就有便利店

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Very clean and beautiful place! Easy communication and very accommodating since we arrived earlier than check in time they were able to arrange an early check in for us. The location is great with many coffee shops around. Would absolutely book with them next time we are in the city!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect — not far from the Airport. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Huu also very helpful, and fast respond. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip!

The place was very nice and quite comfortable. Very responsive host that addresses all issues almost instantly. Easy check-in and out process. Very safe with 24 hrs guards. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Phòng rất thoáng, mát lạnh đôi khi không cần mở điều hoà. Cửa sổ view hồ bơi rất mát mắt, căn hộ nằm ở góc nên vô cùng yên tĩnh, nó sẽ ít phù hợp với những người thích không gian nóng ấm hay nhiệt đới. Nhưng tôi khuyên bạn hãy chọn nó nếu bạn thực sự muốn thư giãn.

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

Мы немного подождали Thang перед тем, как заселиться, затем все прошло гладко, он передал нам электронные ключи, всегда был на связи, отвечал на типичные вопросы туристов и совершенно не беспокоил. Это очень дружелюбный арендодатель. Сама квартира немного более "потертая", чем на фото, тем не менее там было уютно и комфортно жить. В квартире было все необходимое, в том числе полотенца, и бесплатный бассейн, где приятно проводить время. В квартире было тихо, однако имейте в виду, что это очень шумный район Хошимина, на балконе / в бассейне очень шумно! Наше общее впечатление положительное! Примерно 4.7-4.8 / 5. Все таки это не дешевое жилье, но оно хорошо расположено и соответствует своей цене. Лайк!

Recomendado. Es como en las fotos. Lo único negativo es que aunque está en el distrito 1, está alejado como para ir andando a los lugares de interés por lo que deberás coger siempre Grab. Esto hace también que las agencias de excursiones no te recojan al no estar céntrico, sino que deberás ir a su oficina para empezar las excursiones.

The most luxury and best pool apartment in HCMC

Tin was a very personable host and made my stay in Saigon/HCMC super comfortable. Empire City is supposedly the top luxury condo in the city and it delivered on all fronts. The pool is outstanding and the gym has mostly what you need. The privacy and security around the place is pretty great. Easily accessible to D1 and D3 by bike or car. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Căn hộ sạch sẽ giống như ở trên hình ảnh. Vị trí căn hộ thoáng mát, gần công viên đẹp và rộng lớn Gia Định. Từ căn hộ đi ra sân bay cũng rất tiện. Đặc biệt host Khánh rất nhiệt tình và hoạt bát. E Khánh luôn hỗ trợ và trả lời các thắc mắc của mình rất nhanh chóng. E cũng cố gắng đáp ứng những yêu cầu của mình hoặc đưa ra giải pháp thích hợp nhất để mình có thể ở trong căn hộ này một cách thoải mái nhất. Mình định thuê 1 đêm mà cuối cùng mình ở lại nguyên một tuần. Cảm ơn e Khánh rất nhiều!

The place is like the pictures, just some normal wears. Everything was as described. Mi was great at responding when I had questions and she’s also very accommodating. The location was nice and I enjoyed the view.
