Charming little cozy loft, just 20 minutes from the Arachova ski resort. Location easy to find, and parking on the side of the house. A special touch from the owner was having wood pallets ready for the fireplace, making it even more comfortable after a long day in the snow. The warm welcome, complete with a bottle of wine, was truly thoughtful!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber ruhig, man hat viel Platz draussen zu sein. Filitsa war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn etwas war.

Wonderful apartment near the historic center. The place is spacious, with plenty of room, very clean, and cozy. The house has absolutely everything you need, every detail is well thought out. The host is very responsive, friendly, and provides quick communication. Gave a lot of useful advice.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξερευνήσεις, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης,ο οποίος απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε απολύτως τίποτα όμως, το σπίτι σου παρέχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι ήταν προσβάσιμο και μέσα στο κέντρο του χωριού.Είχε μέσα παροχές τις οποίες δεν βρίσκεις σε αλλά σπίτια,όπως για παράδειγμα μια λακ για τα μαλλιά,σερβιέτες,πιστολάκι-ακόμη και άλλο εξάρτημα στο πιστολάκι για σγουρά μαλλιά. Το μπαλκονακι εξαιρετικό,καθαρό και ήσυχο.Με πολύ ωραίο φωτισμό το βράδυ. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος με γεμάτη ντουλαπα όπως έξτρα σεντόνια,μαξιλάρια,πάπλωμα,πετσέτες και μια κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με είδη μαγειρικης και μια μεγάλη γκάμα από σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και το έχω ήδη προτείνει και σε αλλά άτομα!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και το εστιατόριο που διαθέτουν ήταν εξαιρετικό με ελληνική παραδοσιακή κουζίνα σε πολύ προσιτές τιμές. Οι παραλίες είναι με βότσαλο και με πολύ καθαρά νερά.

I loved my stay in Skiathos, Gigi was incredible & really helped me out a lot during my stay as I had a late arrival. The location is excellent as it's right around the corner from Bus Stop 0 which goes to a few great beaches along the coast including Koukounaries for a few euros in 20-30 minutes. It has a market very close by & it's also 5-10 minutes walk to the Port with many good restaurants and boat trips that go around the island and to Lalaria. The apartment was cozy & had everything you need, the air conditioning was excellent. You may not be able to connect to the Wifi as it's shared between apartments but the air bnb page does mention that Wifi isn't included so this is made clear before you book but it wasn't an issue during my stay. I just saved any big data downloads/uploads for when I visited restaurants as most had good wifi available and were happy for you to use it. I would highly recommend & hope to come back one day. It will make your Skiathos trip very easygoing

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is super spacious and Panos has truly thought of every detail — from tea and three types of coffee to eggs, Netflix, and even shower shoes. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και είχε απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα... Ο κύριος Νίκος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε... Μας είχε και δώρο διαφορά σνακ και μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε άνετα... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!

Το "εξαιρετικα" ακουγεται λιγο για να περιγραψει τον χωρο.Απο τα καλυτερα καταλυματα που εχουμε μεινει ποτε, και σε αυτο το επιπεδο τιμης,σιγουρα το καλυτερο. Πεντακαθαρο και πολυ ομορφο. Οι φωτογραφιες το αδικουν, στην πραγματικοτητα ειναι πολυ καλυτερο. Ο φιλικοτατος, ευγενεστατος αλλα και πολυ διακριτικος οικοδεσποτης εχει οργανωσει τον χωρο με καθε λεπτομερεια και εχει προνοησει για καθε αναγκη. Σε καθε γωνια του χωρου το μερακι ξεχειλιζει και η οργανωτικοτητα ειναι εμφανεστατη.Γενικοτερα η αισθηση που σου αφηνει με δυο λεξεις ειναι πως καποιος πολυ δικος σου ανθρωπος, σου αφησε τα κλειδια του σπιτιου του για να μεινεις καποιες μερες.Η τοποθεσια ειναι πανεμορφη και η προσβαση πανευκολη. Εξαιρετικο απο καθε αποψη.Ειναι απο τα καταλυματα που φευγεις και εισαι σιγουρος πως με την πρωτη ευκαιρια θα επιστρεψεις

Vi nød vores ophold i Matas hus i Skiathos. Huset ligger skønt - meget tæt på by, restauranter og seværdigheder, men i en rolig gade. Som et plus har huset en dejlig gårdhave, hvor vi nød at sidde om aftenen. Mata er en virkelig god vært og var hurtig til at sende instruktioner for tjek ind og løbende følge op med anbefalinger og hurtig hjælp - også da vi formåede at låse os selv ude. Oven i hatten blev vi modtaget af hendes far ved tjek ind, der venlig ventede for at tage imod os. Der var ikke meningen, da vi selv bare skulle tjekke ind med nøgleboks. Men det var en fin gestus og dejligt at blive taget godt imod. Skiathos er en skøn ø og skal du besøge den, kan vi varmt anbefale, at du booker et ophold hos Mata. Skal vi til Skiathos igen, booker vi her!

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

Great place! We found all the listed amenities, it was really clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful and responsive. We had wonderful holidays!

πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό σπίτι ευγενική και πρόθυμη οικοδεσπότες ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Επισκεφθήκαμε τα Ελληνικά τις τελευταίες μέρες του Αυγούστου και μείναμε στο κατάλυμα του Δημήτρη και της Φρύνης. Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, με πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι και ένα άνετο κήπο για χαλάρωση τις πρωινές ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά και για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Μοναδική έκπληξη το Γαλλικό μπιλιάρδο στο χώρο και τα παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ένα πανέμορφο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφθούν την περιοχή. Έξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος για στάθμευση. Οι παραλίες τις περιοχές είναι όλες πανέμορφες. Εννοείται πως δεν μπορώ να μην σταθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν αμεσότατη και φιλική. Τα παιδιά ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πρόθυμα να μας βοηθήσουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για κάθε απορία. Από καρδιάς, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από εμάς Δημήτρη και Φρύνη για την άψογη φιλοξενία σας!!!! ♥️

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de ce logement tout neuf à quelques kilomètres de Delphe. Cette pause en bord de mer était la bienvenue. Après une petite promenade au bruit des vagues, nous avons dormi paisiblement. Le très grand lit et le canapé lit sont confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée avec même quelques condiments pour le petit déjeuner. On peut garer la voitures facilement au pied de l'appartement. Notre choix était le bon.

Logement joliment décoré, très fonctionnel, très calme avec une Jolie vue sur la mer et les montagnes du Péloponnèse. Je recommande très chaleureusement.

Ο χώρος είναι ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πεντακάθαρος , περιποιημένος και με επιπλέον εκπληξεις από την οικοδέσποινα με προσωπική πινελιά!!! Το μόνο που υπάρχει σαν αγκαθακι είναι ότι δεν μπορεί να το βγάλει σαν διεύθυνση το GPS γιατί είναι αδιέξοδο σαν δρόμος και δεν το πιάνει. Αυτό όμως ΔΕΝ είναι παράλειψη από την οικοδέσποινα. Παρόλα αυτά η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ επικοινωνιακη και πρόθυμη για να μας βοηθήσει να το βρούμε!

Locatia f curata, aproape de port , accesibila pe jos , liniste , aveai acces usor la restaurante , cafenele , shopping . gazda super amabila, mi a facut niste recomandari excelente , rezervare chiar pt un trip cu familia . Recomand 100%

Ešte raz ďakujem. Povestná grécka dobrosrdečnosť a pohostinnosť. Cítila som sa ako doma, a tak som zmenila plány a ostala som v apartmáne o niekoľko dní dlhšie. Vidíme sa budúce leto!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
