Lithia Villas - Folegandros - Villa Elia & pool

Villa Elia is on the Lithia property alongside Villa Levanda and Myrtia. It is quiet, charming and comfortable with wonderful views, It is self-catering but we provide you daily with fresh bread and fruit etc. for you to make your own Greek breakfast! It has a studio bedroom/kitchen with a double bed (160cms, 5'6") and a bathroom on the upper ground floor and downstairs there is a large bedroom/sitting room with 2 singles beds and a bathroom so is perfectly spacious for 4 people. There are 2 terraces for outside dining, on one side it has views of the old windmills and from the other, an uninterrupted view of the fields and sea. There is a pool just for the Lithia guests. There is free Wifi in the house and pool area. There is a daily cleaning service. It is situated about 15 minutes' walk (1.5 km) from the pretty village of Chora where you can find restaurants , bars and shops. We are happy to help with car/bike hire and any other queries. Folegandros is a beautiful unspoiled island and has been called 'a hidden gem in the Aegean' by Conde Nast Traveller magazine. It has breathtaking views from the church of the Panagia perched on a cliff above Chora village where you can see the neighboring islands in the distance. Folegandros has been a favourite with hill-walkers for years having many paths criss-crossing the spectacular landscape. The beaches are plentiful for such a small island, some sandy, some pebbly and all with wonderful clear water where you can swim, snorkel, sunbathe and enjoy fresh food at one of the beachside tavernas. Μικρό παραδοσιακό σπιτάκι στο Κάστρο Χώρας Φολέγανδρου σας περιμένει για να σας εντυπωσιάσει με την υπέροχη θέα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα και στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι διαθέτει διπλό κρεβατι (140 Χ200), smart tv, wi-fi, κλιματισμό, μικρή κουζίνα με δυο εστίες, θερμοσίφωνα, ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρα, μικρό μπαλκόνι με θεα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα κ στη θάλασσα. Επισης στο σπιτι υπάρχει μπάνιο (ΜΗ ΑΝΑΚΑΙΝΙΣΜΕΝΟ). Όπως λειτουργούν ολα τα σπίτια του νησιού, υπάρχει εσωτερική αντλία διανομής του νερού.

Maison Cycladique vue sur mer

Maison typique des Cyclades sur L’ile très prisée de Folegandros. Vue imprenable sur le village qui se trouve à 300 m, sur la célèbre Panaga et sur la mer Egée. Proche de toutes les commodités mais dans un endroit très calme . Elle possède très grande terrasse , protégée s’il le faut du vent , face à la mer , une terrasse arrière avec vue montagne et un « solarium » facilement accessible sur le toit pour profiter pleinement cette vue exceptionnelle .

Τα διαμερίσματα μας λίγα μέτρα από την παραλία, είναι δίχωρα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα να μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν από δύο άτομα έως και τετραμελής οικογένειες, ενώ διαθέτουν ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια με θέα στην παραλία της Αγκάλης και το γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου.
