Loch Tay- Quiet log cabin, private hot tub & sauna

Birchwood Lodge is a log cabin just above the banks of Loch Tay and in the shadow of the Ben Lawers range of Munros, in Highland Perthshire. It features an open plan design with under floor heating. There's a comfortable double bed, shower room, private hot tub & sauna, gas BBQ, free wifi, DVD player, Sky TV with movies and sports & SONOS music system. We have a private beach with gazebo across the road (shared only when we are at our holiday house), and a Canadian Canoe available for guests.

Large country Lodge with wood fired hot tub and sauna with panoramic views of the Perthshire hills. Relax in your large private garden with outside dining/BBQ area or explore the 6 acres of extensive gardens, woodland and paddocks with friendly farm animals; miniature Donkeys, Pigmy goats, VBN sheep and chickens. Only 10 mins from the A9 between Dunblane and Braco. For bigger groups we have an additional cottage (sleeps 5) and Shepherd’s Hut (sleeps 2+ child)-see other listings at location

A truly stunning tranquil location nestled in the Tummel Valley and the surrounding mountains and forests. The Lodge is finished to an exceptional standard offering accommodation for up to six guests. A Finnish outdoor sauna and hot tub. Private gardens, grounds and loch frontage to paddleboard, kayak and wild swimming, fire pit, barbeque, alfresco dining.(Paddle/Kayak not included).

Old Smiddy Cottage with lochside hot tub and sauna

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Romantic and cosy detached cottage for 2 with cabin vibe and private Hikki hot tub, on a tiny farm. Enclosed patio to the west catches the last of the evening sun. 1 dog welcome. Plenty of walking on site + shared sauna, tennis and wellness area. Panoramic views. Located between Kinnaird and Abernyte, near Inchture and 20 minutes from Perth or Dundee city centres. Well located for local wedding venues. Car essential, Outfield Farm has 2 further holiday cottages to rent and 3 cabins.

1 bedroom attached cottage in Highland Perthshire, 3 miles from Aberfeldy & Grandtully. Wood fired sauna in adjacent steading (1st use included). Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)
