I had a great stay at the Torch Tower in Dubai Marina. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The view was beautiful, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the Marina, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The building is secure, with helpful staff and solid amenities including a gym and pool. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dubai.

our stay was fantastic. Ben and Diane are super host, very friendly, accommodating, entertaining and available. they went above and beyond to make our stay special. the whole condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with extraordinary views. the location is top Notch for access to all the sites and within walking distance to many great restaurants and beaches. we will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. thanks for the great stay

El lugar, estratégicamente bien ubicado. Cerca de la estación de Bus Central. Cerca también de una calle principal que hay lineas de buses. El alojamiento, 10/10. Limpieza, cama, utensilios de cocina. Todo. Desconozco si es la plataforma o el anfitrión, pero tuve que acercarme físicamente porque no podía visualizar la ubicación del lugar, ya que se demoraron en revisar mi solicitud de alojamiento por 2 ocasiones. En primera ocasión, nunca me contestaron y después de 24 hrs, y la app me canceló la reserva. En segunda lugar de reserva, ya estando en Abu Dhabi, aún no me contestaban y tuve que acercarme al lugar a verificar. Solo considero que debería haber existir mejor comunicación y revisión constante de las reservas. Del resto, todo perfecto.

Amazing service and really enjoyed my stay

We were pleased with our choice to stay at Goldcrest 2. A clean apartment with good views of the lakes. Large, soft towels, large comfy super king bed, comfy twin beds too. The blackout curtains were helpful for us. Close to the Metro and in an area where there are places to eat and a couple of supermarkets too. We walked a bit further to Brunch & Cake by Jumeirah Islands - would recommend! We didn't eat in the apartment at all so can't vouch for oven or cooking equipment! The upstairs pool area was very good with new, comfy sunbeds. Bring pool shoes as flooring gets very hot! Husnain was very helpful with the check in process and with a query we had about a dim bedroom light. He responded straight away and the problem was sorted quickly - turned out it just needed a new bulb! We were two adults and two children. No wardrobe in second bedroom but was fine for the children - they liked to keep the sliding doors open at bedtime. We would definitely stay there again.

Lama is an amazing and friendly host and the place was beautiful, great location, I will repeat for sure and highly recomend it.

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

The gem of the Pearl Islands, the access to the beach and surrounding bus routes made this an unforgettable experience. From the concierge desk, the ever smiling helpful security personnel and housekeeping staff. Thank you for a memorable stay.

What an incredible experience! I rented this apartment for three nights, and it was truly a gem. The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient, making it easy for me to get to everything I wanted. I have to say, the host was absolutely amazing! He was so kind and helpful, always there when we needed him. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place in this area. شكراً فواز على الشقة الرائعة، مكان مثالي وشقة جميلة ومريحة جداً ، كان تواصلي مع صاحب الشقة فواز دائماً إيجابي ويرد خلال دقائق .. استمتعنا بالتجربة كاملة خصوصاً ان مول مراسي بجانب العمارة والمشي له دقايق فقط .. سوق البراحة وسوق التنين قريبين جداً على نفس الشارع وعلى بعد دقايق ايضاً .. سأكرر التجربة بالتأكيد Thank you, Fawaz, for the wonderful apartment. It’s a perfect location and a beautiful, very comfortable apartment. My communication with the owner, Fawaz, was always positive, and he responded within minutes. We enjoyed the entire experience, especially since Marassi Mall is right next to the building and just a few minutes’ walk away. Al Baraha Market and Dragon mall are also very close, on the same street, and just a few minutes away as well. I will definitely repeat the experience.

I had a wonderful stay! The host provided very clear instructions, which made check-in and everything else super easy. The place is quiet and peaceful — exactly what I needed to relax and focus on my writing. It's also in a great location, not far from Lulu Hypermarket and Al Hasa Mall, which was really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Séjour parfait, tout était confirmé à l’annonce. La localisation est parfaite et correspond bien à l’annonce. J’ai été très bien accueillie et le logement est propre. Je vous recommande vivement de réserver avec SG Homes car il n’y a pas mieux niveau rapport qualité prix sans oublier l’amabilité et la gentillesse de notre hôte. Je reviendrais sans hésiter !

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und flexibel – ich konnte schon um 4 Uhr einchecken, da mein Flug später ankam. Er gab mir tolle Restaurantempfehlungen und das Café unten (Benach Café) ist ein Muss! Die Gegend ist schön und ruhig, und die Kommunikation war immer unkompliziert. Auch wer sich unsicher fühlt, mit anderen zu leben, kann hier völlig entspannt sein – es ist sicher, man wird wie ein guter Freund behandelt und hat dennoch seine Privatsphäre. Sehr zu empfehlen!
