Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located beach-view, gate guarded, ground floor Grand Caribbean condo. Grand Caribbean is a two-building, four story complex, located just steps from the gulf. Within short walking distance is Johnson Beach at Gulf Islands National Seashore, as well as several local restaurants. Within a short drive are grocery stores (Publix and Winn Dixie); Walmart, restaurants; and Pensacola Naval Air Station, home of the Blue Angels.

Welcome to Perdido Skye!! Our property location is 13785 Perdido Key Dr. Pensacola, FL, 32507. Unit G1. We fell in love with this ground floor, cozy condo with views that connect you to the sugar-white sand beaches and sparkling blue gulf waters. Our corner unit fills the rooms with sunshine and lots of Vitamin SEA and is very accessible to the pool, ocean, grilling area and parking. No hassle or waiting for elevators. HAPPY BEACHING!! If you are looking for a quiet secluded beach, this is it. An easy 1or 2 minute walk from the pool to the beach. NO STREETS TO CROSS! At the gates of Gulf Islands National Seashore rated by USA TODAY as the #1 Florida attraction. limited view of beach from balcony and living room. Completely refurbished condo. 2 pools ,2 hot tub, bar b q areas with picnic tables. Frequent Blue Angels flyovers. There are 2 pools and 2 hot tubs -one at each building

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
