Excellent location, in the heart of the city with bars and restaurants at your doorsteps. This does mean it can get a little loud on weekends but definitely worth it for the location. Alexandra was a great host, great local recommendations! The Airbnb exceeded expectations

We loved the apartment and the neighbourhood . The apartament was beautiful, cosy, comfortable, well-equipped and clean. It was perfect for our couple + 2yo baby. We had a late night check-in and it went extremely smooth. Would love to be back one day. Highly recommended! Thank you for having us!

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

superbe logement avec une magnifique vue on a était accueilli vraiment chaleureusement l'endroit et parfait avec un petit centre ville a quelques mètres . juste peut être a revoir la douche un peu petite et mettre une porte a la place du rideau mais hors mis cela ...c'était parfait on reviendra dans hésité

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub hier. Das Haus liegt direkt am sauberen ewig langen Sandstrand, man kann super baden und Strandspaziergänge machen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich, die Küche etwas klein aber super ausgestattet. Die verschiedenen Terrassen haben wir ausgiebig genutzt, je nach Sonnenstrand und Windrichtung. Der große Grill war super zum abendlichen Souvlaki oder Fisch grillen... das Holz muss man selber zurecht schneiden, aber mein Mann fand das super. Wenn man alle drei Schlafzimmer belegt gibt es kein gesondertes Wohnzimmer, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat, da wir entweder draußen waren oder abends eins der Schlafzimmer als Wohnzimmer genutzt haben. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

We stayed at this wonderful place for the second time, and it was just as amazing as we remembered. The tranquility and unique charm make it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The surroundings are serene, and the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to fully recharge. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We can't recommend this place enough and look forward to returning again in the future.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Wir hatten einen wunderbar erholsamen Urlaub in den Angelbay Bungalows. Die Anlage ist ganz toll gestaltet und man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Auch mit kleinen Kindern zu empfehlen.

Etsimme rauhallista ja kaunista kohdetta , jossa rentoutua - ja sen todella löysimme. Paikka on juuri niin kaunis kuin kuvissa. Sekä auringonnousut kuin laskut näkyivät upeasti Seagull-huoneiston terassille. George, Anna ja muut ovat erittäin huomaavaisia ja ystävällisiä. Lähialueilla on useita hienoja kohteita (Chortiatis Koinotita Chortiati, Petralonan luola, lukuisat kylät (kuten Néa Michanióna, Epanomi, Mesimeri)). Kauniita rantoja on lukuisia, maisema on upean vaihtelevaa. Onnistuimme nähdä esimerkiksi flamingoja sekä bungalowin lähellä hiekkatiellä seikkailleen ketun. Bonuksena Georgen siskon kauniit hevoset ❤️

My girlfriend and me, we spent 4 days at this amazing place. Lena was always available whenver we needed something. I can recommend this house to everybody who loves cats;)

The whole experience was fantastic, the place is so nice, the garden and the pool are amazing, the room very clean, functional kitchen, and we felt at home. The view overlooking the sea is stunning and the private beach is a jewel. So much peace and quiet, a beautiful getaway. The host is wonderful and we will be back for sure! Skvely výhľad s balkónu, síce dole je reštaurácia a hrala hudba ale to vôbec nevadilo, práveže naopak zlepšovalo náladu a hneď sa cítila grécka atmosféra. Bývanie bolo v poriadku, hostiteľ bol milý, síce prišli sme skôr ako sme sa dohadovali ale hneď ubytovali nás bez problémov. Doprava je tiež dobra, autobusy chodia pomerne často. V okolí sú výborné reštaurácie kde naozaj dobre varia.

We were 7 people and we all loved our stay here! George is an amazing host - he's very kind and friendly, he was making sure that we have everything that we need. The location is great - next to the beach and just 10 merers from the taverna!

We had a wonderful stay at Irene’s Beach Apartment! The apartment is super clean and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and communication with the host was very nice. The boulevard with various shops and restaurants is right around the corner and so is the beach. The only comment/improvement I can think of, is maybe adding a sign to the entrance of the building so it’s easier to find. We would definitely recommend this place :) Thank you!

Der Aufenthalt bei Elena war super wir waren mehr als Zufrieden mit den einzelnen räumen, überall gab es klimaanlagen die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Wohnung hatte einen sehr schönen Stil. In der Gegend gab es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Restaurants mit leckeren Essen. Das grösste Problem war bei uns das Parken da wir direkt in der nähe keinen parkplatz so wirklich gefunden hatten. Die Wohnung ist nah am strand gelegen man läuft keine 2 Minuten zum Strand, welcher auch wirklich schön und gut zu genießen war. Der aufenthalt dort ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen vorallem für jüngere Leute und Familien.

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Uns hat das Appartement von Theodoros super gefallen. Es war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingericht und es war alles sehr sauber. Der Ausblick einfach genial, wenn man morgens aufwacht und aufs Wasser schaut. Wir haben in der Ferne sogar Delphine gesehen. Es gibt runderherum eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Theodoros ist ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Nicht nur, dass er uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hin gebracht hat. Er hat bei der Ankunft auch am Supermarkt angehalten, damit wir etwas einkaufen konnten. Er hat uns außerdem auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants gegeben. Die Kommunikation war einfach und er hat sehr schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Auch hat er uns mit Getränken verwöhnt. Ein wirklich sehr aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, bei dem wir uns ganz herzlich bedanken. Ob Appartement oder Gastgeber, beides ist eine wirkliche Empfehlung für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Das Haus von Evi & Anni ist wirklich schön und direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand direkt vorm ist zum schwimmen sehr geeignet, was wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. In der fussläufiger Nähe gibt es einen weiteren Strandzugang mit einer Bar, Schirmen und Liegestühlen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und gemütlich, allerdings sehr unterschiedlich groß und ausgestattet - wir haben dann gelost wer welches Zimmer bekommt. Die Küche und das Bad sind super, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und man kann von überall gut arbeiten oder es sich zum Lesen gemütlich machen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich. Man erzählte uns, dass die Gegend früher recht touristisch war aber da der Campingplatz in der Gegend geschlossen wurde, ist seit 10 Jahren weniger los. Der Ort ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen, was den Aufenthalt sehr ruhig und entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt zwei Läden wo man einkaufen kann und einige Restaurants. Mit den Bussen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.
