Dog Friendly! Mid-Term Rental. Are you looking for a quiet secluded vacation away from the hustle and bustle? Look no further than our Pentwater cottage "As you wish." This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

Family-friendly Pentwater cottage w/ big yard

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Entire 3-story unit on Pentwater Lake, right on the water's edge ONE mile to town! Direct Lake MI access. Bring your boat and enjoy the 40' dock! Walk out to the firepit area, enjoy the upper deck for views or cooking out on the gas grill. Three bedrooms w/queens, three queen sofa sleepers, 2 1/2 baths. The coffee pot is a Duo to make one cup or full standard pot, WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, Linens, dishes, flatware, crockpot…No Pets allowed, no exceptions ($300 fee pet violation)

Escape to this fully remodeled, 1,617 sq. ft. beachfront home with 135’ of private Lake Michigan frontage. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the open-concept kitchen or vaulted-ceiling living room with expansive windows. In summer, relax on the private beach; in winter, cozy up by the fireplace after admiring stunning ice formations. Surrounded by oak trees, this serene retreat blends modern amenities with nature’s beauty for a truly unforgettable year-round getaway experience.

Old fashioned cottage short walk to beach.

Old fashioned cottage steps away from the beach, Old Baldy, the State Park and Channel Park. Older, modest property with no frills. Plenty of room in the backyard for a picnic, cook out or fire pit. Close to downtown with lots of unique shops and restaurants. A spectacular sunset to view every day! Guest parking available. Basic amenities are provided but this is a no frills cottage. Very neat and clean. Please be aware that the ceiling over the shower is quite low.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Barn Loft apartment. Enjoy the 1,000 feet of Carr Creek and abundant wildlife that surround this beautiful getaway. Fish the near by Pere Marquette River and hunt whitetail deer in season. Relax by the flowing pond and fire pit while grilling out. Great place for outdoor enthusiast, snowmobilers, and ATV riding, with an abundance of well marked trails. Ample covered parking for all of your toys. Bring your pet for a small fee.

Waterfront Cottage by Silver Lake & Pentwater

Enjoy your own private waterfront on beautiful Crystal Lake! Our updated, 768 sq ft cottage has just about everything you need for a weekend or week long stay! Use our 2 kayaks to explore the lake. It's a short 15 min drive to either the excitement of Silver Lake Sand Dunes, or a relaxing stroll in downtown Pentwater. Enjoy smores by fire, while experiencing our beautiful sunsets. Crystal Lake is a sandy bottom lake with clear water. @crystalbluffcottage

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

"Sailing" Cabin #1, Pentwater Lake

"Sailing" is roughly 400 square feet with an open floor plan and sleeps 6, between the double bed, bunk beds, and sofa sleeper. The living room features a sofa, chairs, and flat screen smart tv. The cabin has an updated bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The rental also provides access to paddle boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, as available. The cabin sits on a couple of wooded acres on the lake, providing waterfront and woods with plenty to do.

Serenity Now Treehouse

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.

Relax with the fireplace ambiance & enjoy the still waters- lakefront. Walk to a cafe or restaurant- year round. Make your way over to the Majestic Sand Dunes & Pure Lake Mi.
