It's close to the village downtown (walking distance or 5 minute bike ride), but located in a quieter nice area. All the property (the cabin and the surrounding garden with pool) is private and for the exclusive use of the guests. Walking around the neighborhood gives you great spots for hiking and jogging, all in the middle of nature. Sightings of birds and monkeys are very common as they like the surroundings. The house is far enough from the center of Cahuita to have some quiet time, but close enough to go there to eat and buy groceries.
