A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City and situated on the Solomon river valley. This house is stocked with amenities Grocery and local beef 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI and Roku.

Auntie J’s Place 3B 1B Pet Friendly

Come stay with us at Auntie J’s Place. This ranch style home is easily accessible from I-70, yet located on a quiet street. It is within walking distance of stores & restaurants. Offers off-street parking, fenced in back yard (pet friendly), & enclosed patio. Inside, find a newly remodeled home with a Western Kansas theme! 1 king bed & 2 queen beds. Highway House rural home, private & large area.

We call this rural acreage the highway house. It's located in the country with ample parking available. It also is wonderfully accessible to numerous hunting locales for hunters. It's within 10 miles to the Kirwin Wildlife Refuge, and there's great hunting opportunities for deer, pheasant, and other wildlife nearby. The house is located directly off highway 36, so the roads are always accessible. Large flat screen tv with ROKU, and Wifi are provided. Several recliners in living room area.

The Roost

1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.

Cozy Cabin

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Moscow Mule Landing

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

Branded 5 Bunkhouse Farm & Kennel, no cleaning fee

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! Come and enjoy our many animal friends, pick up a brush or help us feed! You may also be treated to our boarders exercising horses while here. We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time.

Buffalo Haus: Entire House - Downtown - No Fees!

Traveling with a large group or want the entire place for yourselves? Rent the entire house! This historic limestone house is located 1/2 block from Main Street. This 4 bdrm, 2 bath was split into two apartments but is connected by a back inside staircase. Walk to shopping, dining, FHSU, pool & park. Relax with antiques, books, Turkish cotton towels, cotton sheets, fresh local coffee, farm fresh eggs, fast wifi, Roku tv, wrap around porch, driveway parking, grill and fire pit!

The Casita

The Casita is a private apartment, brightly lit & with plenty of space for you to relax & reflect in. The host has gone the extra mile to add special touches at every turn to make your stay smooth and pleasant. Located near downtown Hays & FHSU, the Casita is a charming escape into your own private adventure - with all the comforts of home and the conveniences of a private suite. **NO CLEANING FEES!**
