In-Law Suite in the Beating Heart of Fishtown

Sit back on the Montauk sofa to watch Netflix and HBO Go on the Smart TV. There's also a Sonos sound system for crystal-clear audio. In the bedroom, an Ecobee thermostat and bed with Casper mattress and down pillows ensure comfort at all times. We just finished fully renovating our 100 year old row home and created a beautiful in-law/guest suite on the ground floor that is perfect for a quick weekend trip to the city, or a month long stay. The house is located a couple of blocks from various critically acclaimed restaurants, bars and shops in the heart of Fishtown. Master suite has a Casper® mattress and down pillows. There is also plenty of space for you to unpack. The living room has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, electronic water heater, French press and Tea pot. (Please note, there is no stove top) The Smart TV comes with access to Netflix and HBO go + Apple TV® The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Upon request a high chair and pack and play are available as well as toys for kids. For full disclosure we live above the unit with two kids (2 and 6). From time to time you will hear light steps. The in-law suite has a separate entrance and can be completely closed off from the rest of the house. We are available via text or chat throughout your stay and will great you upon arrival. The house is 3 blocks away from one of Fishtown's most happening streets, full of hip restaurants, fashion boutiques, and trendy bars, plus the train to downtown. Recommendations include the flagship La Colombe, Cheu Noodle, Suraya and Weckerly's. The Girard stop on the El is a 5 min. walk from the house. That train will get you downtown in 5-10 mins. Uber/Lyft are also readily available in our neighborhood and we use them all the time. If it's a pretty day and you enjoy a walk, we are a little less than 2 miles from Old City. You can either walk along the Deleware River or through the heart of Northern Liberties. If you come with a car, street parking is available.

Cozy Private Guest Suite - Driveway Parking

Our beautiful private guest suite is located in one of the most quiet, safe, and green residential neighborhoods in Philadelphia, Roxborough. We are a 10 minute drive from Manayunk restaurants & bars, and 35 minute drive from Center City Philadelphia (45 with traffic). Buses and trains are within walking distance to go to Center City if you don’t want to drive. Also, the Wissahickon Valley park is less than 5 mins away for those interested in sightseeing, hiking, and biking along the trails.

Beware of unlicensed AIRBNBs! This one is Philly-approved! LITERALLY THE CENTER OF IT ALL. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Permit Number ZP-2021-008507 Newly-remodeled room, registered Historic Landmark home in Center City (12th & Pine) with private entry (no shared entrance to your space). Private bathroom (Stall shower/vanity), twin bed, and desk. Ideal for lone traveler. Very small, perfect for on-the-go person. Mini-fridge. Microwave. AppleTV. Keurig. WiFi. No kitchen. No washer/dryer.

West Philly Suite - Dirah Betachtonim

I'm a lovely short-term basement suite in University City, West Philadelphia, just off of Penn's campus. I am new construction with a well lit, side entrance. Two full size beds in the bedroom, a living room with a dinette area that can sleep another two rollaways upon request (for an additional $10 each). Free Coffee or tea, small fridge, books, games and free wifi. I'm near Penn's campus, CHOP (Children's Hospital) and University of Pennsylvania Hospital (HUP). I'm also Shabbat friendly.

Cozy 2 bedroom unit with private entrance

Right in the heart of the Main Line suburbs, this second floor unit is perfect for families, visiting nearby colleges, and only a short drive from downtown Philadelphia. We designed the space to be clean, calm, and serene. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a short walk from the town of Gladwyne, and many trails and parks nearby. (Ask us for our favorites if you’re an outdoor enthusiast!) Olga and Dima live on the first floor of the house and can try to accommodate any needs you may have!

HUGE Coastal Penthouse Suite w/ *Private Bath*

Come relax in this calm, stylish beach inspired, private suite with an attached private bathroom. Located in the West Poplar District we are conveniently located near Chinatown, The Met, Convention Center, about a 20 minute walk to Center City and many great bars and restaurants within walking distance (The Institute bar, being one of my favorites). With the subway just blocks away, public transportation is close by and Uber can always get you to your desired destinations within minutes.

Very secluded, Quiet, location with private entry

Newly renovated inlaw suite with private entry. Two bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, eat in kitchen. Everything is new ! Located in Maple Shade NJ. Dedicated 2 car driveway for guests .Very private and quiet. Heat, air conditioning, fireplace, wifi, computer desk in master bedroom. Out door deck with a great view ! The owner lives on site if you need anything ! Additional fees will apply for pets. please let us know in advance about pets. 1 pet limit unless approved by owners.

Spacious Suite in Spectacular Neighborhood

You will have the first floor of a private residence. All entrances, rooms, doors are untouched except by guests for entire stay. There is a locking french doors between the suite and the rest of the home. The living room has a fire place. TV and a high top seating area. The suite includes a fully functional kitchen -- sink, fridge, dishes, microwave etc. there is a hot plate (2) but not a range top stove. There is patio with secluded and private seating. and gas grill.

Bedroom used as a private guest suite

CHEAP room for Philly: DON'T BOOK HERE if you have dumb expectations for rooms THIS CHEAP. I'm tired of dumb reviews left by those who take advantage of our affordability but expect us to be in a "better" location, have nicer amenities or want special treatment. BOOK ELSEWHERE IF THAT'S YOU. I DON'T NEED YOUR MONEY OR ISSUES. <No Visitors Allowed!> Reservations must be made at least 2 hours before you're ready to check-in. No "early luggage drop offs" and No bike storage.

Romantic Rooftop Getaway

Come enjoy this large, sunny, romantic 3rd floor private master suite that features a king-sized canopy bed, smart TV, dining area, large closet, large bathroom and the rooftop patio with views of the city. Walking distance to Center City ( 25 minutes), The Met and many bars and restaurants this is a perfect place for a romantic getaway. This is a private suite on the 3rd floor, the entry way and hallways are shared, but you have the whole upper level floor to yourself.
