Pelican cottage is located on the ocean water front of Pelican Lagoon, a Marine Park facing East/North. It is 4kms to the Town of American River and 5 kms to Pennington beach. The charming, historic cottage has a front bedroom overlooking Pelican Lagoon where you will enjoy the views over our native garden and onto the water second bedroom views to the garden. Cook in the well equipped kitchen. There is a Separate bathroom. Sit on the deck and view wildlife, sunrises, moon rises and relax.
