The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. College Heights neighborhood, free parking allows you to walk to the stadium, campus or downtown. We are also on the bus route for longer trips around the area. The apartment is comprised of 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and large deck.
