Cozy NE Portland Neighborhood Studio, walkable!

This light and bright studio is the lower level of our family home in the Piedmont neighborhood of NE Portland. Enjoy your own entrance and private space. This open studio can accommodate two people with a soft and comfortable queen bed, an eating area with table and chairs, a private bathroom with tile shower, TV, and kitchenette. While there is no shared space, please keep in mind you may hear footsteps, voices, or noise from above at points throughout the day, and we do have small children.

Right next to Peninsula park and the Rosa Parks MAX Station, you'll be a walk away from a rose garden picnic, and stops away from City Center. The walk-up studio is fit with a full sized bed, a day bed/couch, washer, dryer, and air conditioning. If you feel the need to use the full kitchen, stop by New Seasons located two blocks away, for some ingredients.

Welcome to the Overlook Lodge! This small, but comfortable spot, offers a place to rest while remaining close to all of Portland’s best spots. The unit has full size bed with a full bathroom. Situated close to interstate and i5, you have quick and easy access to all of the following: - catch a Blazers game or concert at the Moda Center - downtown Portland access - music venues on Mississippi St. - thrift shops and restaurants on Alberta

We built this cottage in 2019 using many reclaimed materials, and we hope you love it as much as we do. Located just one block from all the best North Portland has to offer; coffee shops, brunch spots, neighborhood bars and shops. Very easy access to public transit (light rail and bus) and only one exit from downtown. 15 minutes to the airport and 8 minutes to Forest Park. Includes a spacious private yard/patio and firepit.
