Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Coastal Home- Private Beach Access, Dock,Game Room

Hangin' Loose in Surf City is our piece of paradise at the beach, just a few miles south of the Surf City bridge. It's located on a quiet neighborhood street and is short walk to our neighborhood's private beach access or private day dock (no boat ramp) with direct access to the sound. The day dock is perfect to get use from the kayaks provided with your stay (4 single, sit-on-top kayaks), or come out to fish off of it! Must be 25 years old for rental.
