The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

When you look at the pictures you can see that the two-personsbed is only available with a little stairs or you can sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. There is a place where you can make fire and make dinner on a bbq. at the terras we will serve breakfast every day from 1 mei till 1 oktober
