Canoe Barn on Barons Creek

This private room with bath and kitchen is attached to my house by a front wall, roof, and back deck, although there is no common wall. The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one. City of Fredericksburg Permit #8056000171.

It’s a great place to stay when attending a wedding, exploring the wineries, distilleries and breweries, or after hiking (most area parks are reservation only)
